We offer several events monthly throughout the Metroplex -- in Dallas, Collin and Tarrant counties. Our dinner parties are held on Sunday through Thursday nights. Cooking classes are usually held on Saturday mornings and occasionally we hold special events on weekends.

Thurs. May 15
One of Oak Lawn's consistently popular restaurants over the past two decades is Parigi, a fine dining establishment showcased by its open kitchen, complemented by friendly, professional servers. Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes? At Parigi, diners can see everything in plain view via its open kitchen. Featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, our three-course dinner is one to satisfy a broad variety of palates. Starters include a Soup Sip trio of three of Parigi's top-selling soups. Entrées include pappardelle pasta with lobster, shrimp, lump crabmeat in a sundried tomato cream sauce and grilled wild salmon atop zucchini "pasta" with garlic, basil and pine nuts. Desserts include a Parigi Trio of samplings of three desserts and, of course, something chocolate! Expect a fantastic dinner with options at every course.

Mon. May 19

Pacific Rim in Plano features fine Thai cuisine. For those uninitiated with this cuisine, our dinner offers a variety of choices. One of the four entrée offerings is Pad Thai (Thailand's most well-known stir-fried noodle dish that combines rice noodles, shrimp, chicken, crushed peanuts, garlic, chilies and eggs). One of the desserts is another specialty: mango and coconut sticky rice -- aromatic, sweet and flavorful. Glass of house wine served with the entrée.
