Wood-oven-fired  margherita pizza bites


FIRST COURSE (choice of):
Pear Carpaccoio salad:
thinly sliced bosc pears with baby spinach, tomatoes,
gorgonzola cheese and sherry balsamic vinaigrette

Lobster bisque with sherry

 

SECOND COURSE (choice of):
Veal scaloppine topped with artichokes and mushrooms
in a Frascati wine sauce

Penne pasta topped with sautéed baby shrimp,
fresh asparagus, shaved garlic and a touch of lemon

Stuffed chicken breast with fresh mozzarella
and Italian spinach served with risotto primavera topped
with a drizzle of Barolo wine

 

THIRD COURSE (choice of):
Mezzanotte: Four-layer dark chocolate cake
topped with chocolate ganache

Strawberry Cassatta:  Italian wedding cake
with sweetened ricotta and
fresh strawberries
